Deputy Foreign Minister Holds Video Conference with Afghan Ambassador to Washington D.C

Kabul- Deputy Foreign Minister in Administrative and Financial Affairs Dr. Nasir Ahmad Andisha, in a series of his video conferences with Afghan embassies, talked and exchanged views through a video conference with the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Washington this afternoon.

While commending the good performance of the embassy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Washington, Deputy Foreign Minister explained his plans and view points to the ambassador and personnel of the embassy for the betterment of work in different sections of the embassy.

While introducing his colleagues, Afghan ambassador to Washington Dr.Hamdullah Mohib briefed the Deputy Foreign Minister about the performance, endeavors, and initiatives of the embassy in various sections. Working on new web page of the embassy, establishing regular contacts with Afghans living in the U.S, endeavors in improving the consulate services, giving accurate information regarding the conditions of Afghanistan to the host country media outlets, and developing important reports and sending them to the Foreign Ministry on time are the major issues that Mr.Mohib and his colleagues in the embassy are working on.

Lastly, while calling the activities of the Afghan embassy to Washington D.C as lucrative, Deputy Foreign Minister briefed them regarding the future plans of the Foreign Ministry in various areas and expressed that he stands ready to benefit from beneficial plans and viewpoints of the Afghan embassies and to fully cooperate with them in improving their working affairs.
