Legalization

All documents that require Legalization by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s Consulate Section in Kuala Lumpur must first be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Documents from Afghanistan need to be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Afghanistan before legalization by the Consulate Section of the Embassy of Afghanistan in Kuala Lumpur.

Please note that the legalization process can take up to 2 days.

Fees

Please note that each document must be legalized separately. Applications can be made in person or by post. If the documents are sent by post, a covering letter and self-addressed and stamped envelope must also be sent to us.
